What is graphic design?

Graphic design is everywhere: in street advertisements, in social media posts, and in brand logos. But although every day we witness the work of thousands of designers, we often overlook all the processes behind the images we see.

Perhaps this discipline is broader than we assume at first impression, since it has points of contact with fashion, advertising and even psychology: everything that uses graphic communication.

Graphic design is a discipline that seeks to integrate visual elements in order to transmit a message, emotion or idea. This type of design draws on visual, graphic and textual communication to create images that can be used for advertising, informative, emotional, persuasive and artistic purposes.

As such, design is a tool that must be part of a communication plan, whether digital or not.

What attracts you most about this profession is the fact of making various designs and logos for companies, brand logos, among others, in addition to the tools and programs that I can use to create various designs that are in my imagination and achieve the fulfillment of the objective of those who apply for my job.
